Whiting's Hebert Miner Hackle Dry Fly Capes are some of the best fly tying feathers for tying dry flies. A less-expensive alternative with the only difference being slightly less dense hackle barbs, the Hebert Miner capes are arguably the best "natural" coloured hackles anywhere. This is probably one of the biggest values in fly tying. These are Bronze Grade capes and you'll be amazed at the quality of the feathers!
